Returns & Exchanges Policy

Uh oh! Something not right? While our return policy is strictly enforced for the safety and reputation of our business and customers, we will always be willing to chat and see how we can assist you in making things right. 

Please read carefully below and reach out to us when you're ready! 

Items eligible for exchange & returns:

  • New in packaging; original tags attached. 
  • Not worn or washed
  • Within 12 days of tracking number delivery date confirmation. 
  • Exchanged for a product of equal or lesser value
  • Free of odor, stains, and pet hair or any of the like and kind that would prevent resale. 
  • Purchased directly from website. No BST/Consignment products can be returned or exchanged even if all other requirements are met. There must be an official TCB & Co Order number and delivery confirmation provided in the name of the customer requesting the exchange or return. If your item was a gift, please have the original customer reach out to us to confirm purchase order. 
  • Orders placed using discount codes equal to or greater than 20% off, from our Final Sale Section or Emilia's Closet are always non refundable/ returnable 

Terms:

At the discretion of Three Coastal Babies & Co, if product appears used or damaged in photos / videos provided by customer; that would have happened in transit or after delivery, product will not qualify for a return or exchange. 

Three Coastal Babies & Co reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges.

If your return is accepted, we will send you specific instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of return / exchange shipping to and from our warehouse.

By purchasing Pre Orders, you understand that all Pre Orders are non refundable.

IMPORTANT CANADIAN SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

- Missing or undelivered packages are handled directly through the shipping carriers. Once packages are dropped off at the post office; we have little to no control however, we're always happy to help locate your package the best we can. 

- TCB is not responsible for packages delivered to wrong address or if address is input incorrectly at checkout. 

- Missing or late packages will be addressed with shipping carriers after 10 business days of drop off date to the post office. This ensures we give the package enough time to work through the system before filing any claims. 

- TCB is not responsible for carrier issues or undelivered/ lost packages. We will assist you in taking steps to file claims.
